How to reset your password

To reset your password, enter your username (that is, your 'my' number) in the username box below and click "Search".

Alternatively, you can enter your email address in the corresponding box and click "Search".
Note: If using your email address, this has to be the email address that you are registered with in Muster.

If we can find you in the Learning Portal database, an automatic email will be sent to you with instructions how to get access again.
